i got XBRebooter .34 something like that there is a newer one?

There is no proof that a rebooter exists to update to the 12625 dashboard.
There was a release of a fake rebooter during the week,which as I said is fake. It will not flash you onto the new kernel.
The newest rebooter released is the one to update to the Kinect dashboard 12611.
You can find it,and a tutorial on how to install it in the Jtag Discussion,look in the stickies ;)
