GER, FRA, ENG, found by each teletporter. Means what?

By each of the teleporters i noticed there is wood peice put near it with either GER, FRA, or ENG, depending on which teleporter you are at. Does anybody know what this means? Germany, France, England?

they might of wanted to make new frames to teleport to in England, France and Germany as part of there plan to use the zombies to win the war

i should think that it means the locations of where the teleporters were suppose to go originally, you know like send zombies to England and France to try and win the war OR aid germany by sending some zombies to defend it because Der Riese is near the border of Germany next to Poland...Its just a thought

maybe say if your german guy and u teleport thru that teleport u get a max ammo every time
