Epic is checking to see if you got the level 50 and level 100 achievements on the same day. If you did from the mod, then you will be banned from receiving any unlockables when the beta releases soon and from the "reward" they are giving to people who got their wings before GoW3 releases in September. Now, my account was recently modded by iRaaTeD. Luckily for me though, I had just bought the game so I never played any of the Snowblind maps.
This is the only way to still get the unlockables if your game is modded. This is because in order to get the level 50 achievement you have to PLAY each of the four maps. For level 100 you have to WIN on each map. Simple. Get the mod, play the maps but don't win. Wait a while, maybe a week or so, then win on the maps. I realize that some people probably won't care but I thought that this info should be posted for those of you that do.

If you happened to get it legit, like on a bonus xp weekend or holiday, then you will be fine. If it was from a mod, then you won't be able to get the bonus unlockables. That will be the only aspect of GoW3 affected though. You will still be able to do everything else with the game, just without a few extra items.
