people give him rep and hes a trusted 10th lobby host and hes been hosting for awhile, im sure he helps out in other area's on the site as I cant see the members section to confirm that but its most likly those are a few ways u can get rep, also be helpful with you posts and dont be a dick for no reason and u will be fine, i dont know if u will get up to his rep but u wil do fine.

Being a trusted 10th lobby host makes you very reliable and he can go on other sites and say his trusted and they might trust him on that site too.
