I have a xbox 360 that i want to jtag i need some major help. the Kernel version is 9199. can i jtag that if so i looked at the post that says jtag full tutorial and i am sort of confused. for the cat 5 cable i have a ethernet cable but i dont know if it is a cat 5?

You CANNOT JTAG the 2.0.9199.0 dashboard, only the 2.0.7371.0 is the latest exploitable kernel..

anything lower than 7371 is also exploitable.

is there a way to downgrade the dashboard kernel.

no you can not downgrade NXE dashboards.
Maybe only 4xxx dashboards, but that kernel is exploitable.
so no you cant downgrade 9199 dash.
