I get the RROD almost every week, I get the one ring, which is easy to fix just take out your harddrive and take out all your cables and put them back in. But why am I getting this so many times?

I think it has something to do with the thermalpaste being overworked or something.

Send it to microsoft and they will fix it.

Ahh, I don't want to wait like 8 weeks for it to be back, so I'm gonna keep using it untill it actually stops working, and I can send it in.

you have probably overheated the motherboard or something on those lines

A Microsoft member told me at one point something it was like if your xbox is overheating and its about to turn off its better not to turn it off cause it will give it RROD or something like that :/
