According to every other Downloadable content for xbox 360 it is always released at 5 am PST.
So according to this website you will be able to find out your release time.This is my calculation and probably will be correct.

3/30/10
Pacific(USA)5:00 am
Mountain(USA)6:00 am
Central(USA)7:00 am
Eastern(USA)8:00 am
London(EU)1:00 pm

well.... if all downloadable content came out at 5am, the CoD: WaW Map pack 3 came out at 10am in UK... so it could be earlia.

the good thing is I am stuck at work until 5pm GMT . My account is loaded up with MS points so by 5.30pm latest I will be kicking ass on overgrown again
