MAJOR EDIT PLEASE READ!
I managed to get the 10 people I needed to click the link I provided to get free MS points. I then had to complete a survey to unlock the content to prove that I'm not a bot. After completing a survey three times the content still had not unlocked. I then looked at the pay by PayPal option and it was a personal email address. I of course did not pay. In conclusion I believe the site to be fake and I'm sorry for wasting everyone's time as well as my own.

No it's not. You can't make accusations without evidence. I've been a member of this site for quite a while and I want to keep it that way, so why would I scam people? Click and see for yourself. It's not a scam you retards.
It's just a link to one of those sites you get points for refering people. He's simply linking you to his signup page so he gets points, it isn't a scam.
