Welcome to Last Resort Gaming's official minecraft server! Log on and explore the wonder world we have and build with friends while fighting off those nasty creepers. Remember, "This is the last server you will ever play on"

Possible events include:

Sign Hunt: We will hide signs all over the spawn area and each sign will have a number on it. Once all the signs are found, the numbers will correspond to a combination to a safe where the winner will get access to everything in there.

Escape the Zoo: We will make a series of tunnels throughout the zoo and we will start you on one end of the zoo without any materials and you will have to avoid creepers, spiders, zombies, and skeletons while navigating through the maze of tunnels. Whoever makes it to the finish chest can have whatever is inside; but be warned, whoever gets there first gets first grabs and if anyone else gets there next, there might not be anything left.

Gladiator Fights: A simple 1 on 1 tournament with a bracket and the first, second, and third place finishers will get prizes.

Spleef: Just like the Gladiator Fights, only with Spleef. Top three placers will get prizes.

Building Contests: Simple 1 hour competitions where everyone builds a certain thing (houses in one round, tower in another, little objects made big, etc.) and the judges will determine who has the best object. Top three winners will get prizes.

Capture the Flag: Teams will have 30 minutes to hide their "flag" and build obstacles (however, inventories will be cleared prior to the event). After the building period, teams will try to find the flag, break it down, and take it back to their flag without dying. Winning team will get prizes.


Events will be posted here when they are scheduled. They will always be scheduled at least a week in advance.

The following is a list of server rules to be amended shortly as this server continues to evolve.

1.) No racist and or sexist slurs or comments of any kind will be tolerated. An immediate permanent ban can/may be instituted with no prior warning or justification given. It's 2011 people, come on!!

2.) No Griefing

This includes but is not limited to: Willingly or otherwise dismantling or damaging, in any way, other peoples creations and or property in minecraft. If there is a sign claiming a spot then it is not yours to touch. A good example of this would be a chest in a buddies house, unless he/she tells you that you can open/damage the chest, then leave it where it is how it is. Also: no using the environment to "accidently" grief.

3.) Hacking/Modding

Client side mods that effect other people or the server in shape or form constitutes grounds for immediate dismissal from the server.

4.) No asking for item(s)/material(s).

There will be kits available to regulars soon such as a simple mining or lumber jack kit soon, however, there will be a time limit on these to prevent people from spawn spamming pick axes for instance. Do not join and immediatly ask the admin/mod for items. They are busy people and have better things to do with there time. They might take pitty on you but it is up to them and you asking just plain ruins any chance.
