So im waiting with my friends on xbl in a party we are sitting here and one by one they all get the update but me and my 2 other friends. All the ones that got the update have modded their rank, and me and my 2 others havent. Coincidence? I think not!

Or mabye it is. You can't make an assumption like that with 2-8 people.
