Theres nicotine free cigarettes you can get online.
My dad did this
He said they dont taste good or whatever you taste..

But he said it helped him, and he quit in about a month from those

Also nicotine patches

just dont do it i smoke and drink but not often only on special occasions...

and they aren't addictive as people say they are

The way i stopped was cutting down say you have 5 a day.. cut down to 4 then 3 etc..

or just have something else instead like a beer or coke or something?

or just have a thew puffs dont have the whole of it

I Seen This Thing In The Mall Where I Live And It Showed That It Taste Like A Cig Feels Like A Cig but its NOT a cig its like something related to water and fume . i forgot the name .

I stopped as soon as 2 months. Worthless. Sunflower seeds helped ;)

(I'm 15 now but 13 at the time when i smoked.)
