I've been .iso modimg for over a year and I haven't gotten banned yet. You can't get banned for hot swapping considering they can't tell that you are doing it. But the .iso it is possible dePending on if they catch you and what you were doing with the .iso. It's not very lIkly that you would because most of the games that you can iso mod are old and not watched any more

no you wont unless you dont stealth patch your iso the only way you would get banned if you dont do the iso right or you try to jtag your xbox 360
