HD PVR: just google it. Its made by hauppauge idk how to spell it perfect but go to their site the 1212 model is the best.
As for editing you can get Sony vegas pro for around $500-$600 and youll want Adobe after effects which is alot as well. both of these can be tricky to use. if you dont wanna use that look up AGONY VII on youtube. he charges per edit but is amazing.
