Get 4 players, you all need second controllers, then get a party of 2 together .
You + controller
Player 2 + controller
will be in a party together, then search for a game of either team tactical or barebones team tactical.
As soon as you get host of a game have Player 2 invite both players to game as fast as possible.
I recommend only playing demolition as you get the most xp for it.
Make sure not to get over 7500 points, once you or any other players achieve that score end game and start another.
Also, it helps to change your locale settings on your console to something like india, as there isn't as many players on india.
