Hay guys my AVG anti virus keeps giving me a message it says black hole virus threat blocked but it keeps saying it can anyone help me please

Update and run a full scan it should find the viruses source if it does not download Malwarebytes update it and scan & remove if neither of those work look online for a Blackhole removal kit

Do a system restore to the date before it started showing up.
