Whenever I host a lobby with the Phoenix v2 patch the prestige never gets to level 65...

I press up on the Dpad (unknown prestige) and left on the dpad (unknown cmd).
They choose their prestige and it just gives them 10th prestige and whatever level they were before the lobby.

I know this is a glitch in the patch but is there anyway I can fix this?
