Alright,so let's say you have a retail xbox with MW2 or something copied to it.
What if you take the hard drive out of the retail and put it onto a JTAG and then add a JTAG patch and put the hard drive back in the retail..
Will you have a JTAG patch on the retail(Sort of like how you mod with CoD5?)

yeah you will have the patch on retail but you can;t get the patch to work cause you need xexmenu ti run it

I believe it would either not run the game. Or when in the game it would corrupt, & give you an error code.

I don't think so because the files are the same format and everything.. And they get run when loading settings for the game..
So if you had modded ones in theory it'd work?

u have to run the game through xex menu to access the raw files of it therefore since u cant access xex menu on a retail it wouldnt work

.... lol .... the whole reason a jtag does what it does is becasue it reads unsigned code .... the patch is unsigned ... when you put it in a reatil it wont work

you are wrong ..... you can get it straight off hdd/usb .. no need for xexmenu
