Anyway, to begin flipping. You need to pick a world.
Best choices for world?

Low ping, Low pop.

Now that you have a world, your going to want to make your way to the Grand Exchange.
I Hope i don't have to explain that.

Once at the Grand Exchange, Your going to need a flippable item.
Some recommended items for F2P Flipping:

Rune Armour/Weps
God Armour
Corrupted Weps/Armour
Trimmed/Gilded D'hides

Anything CAN be flipped, but not EVERYTHING will yield profit.

Ok, In the image below you can see the market price for a rune platebody.

Now place your bid for that item.
When getting your FIRST item, you want to make sure it sells INSTANTLY.
If it doesn't sell at market price, then go for +5%, until you get it instant.

Once it sells, Write down the price you got it for.
I got a Rune Platebody for 38868 (5 GP less)

Now, here is where the "Flip" comes into play.
You now should sell the Platebody BACK into the G.E for the same price you bought it for.

Same as before, write down the price you sold it for.
The next step, is to buy a second platebody.
Take the price you bought it for, and shoot for an amount that you think someone is willing to sell it for. Here, At first i bought it for 38868, and I'm going to shoot for 38500.

Got it for the price I wanted, And it goes right back into the G.E, for a bit of profit.
Just sell it for the price you sold it for the first time.

It may not seem like the "best" money making method, but that is where investing come's into play.

Investing, is simply flipping with multiple items. Following the steps set above, we will use the prices we have found, but buy multiple of this item.

**Investing takes a LOT LONGER than flipping, since your getting more than 1**

Made nearly a 3k profit, in 2-3 minutes, with little to no effort.
Tips for F2P Flipping/Investing.

- Sell your items A.S.A.P. Reasons to sell as soon as you get your item(s) is
1. You'll get to the front of the buy/sell line faster
2. Jagex hate's price manipulation, so they won't spike your trading.
- Switch items often. Their is a limit to how many you can buy of one item per 4 hours.
Items include (but not limited to) are
* Weapons
* Armour
* Raw Material (Ore, Wood, Fish, etc.)
For Weapons/Armour, It is usually 100 every 4 hours
For some raw material, it can be around 10k every 4 hours.
There are SOME exceptions, mainly are all P2P items.

-Be Patient. If your item isn't buying/selling for the price's you found, then give it a little time. Bot's usually dump large amounts of items, at a very low price.

-Remember, More money invested, more money you get in the end.
