what did you replace the files with, is it region free, are you using the correct files?

I'm using Marvel ISO.

is this a good one?

This could mean any number of things.

Are you sure you have a good .ISO?
Make sure you get it from a reliable source.

Are you using quality discs?
If you don't have quality discs, the burn won't work correctly. Memorex have a problem with that, I haven't had a problem with Sony and Verbatim.

Is your lens/hardware dirty?
Google "how to clean xbox 360 hardware" to clean it out and make sure its running smoothly.

There are a number of factors that could be affecting your hotswap. You should do some research.

Memorex is the worst you could buy.

If you live in the USA, I would recommend going to Target or Best Buy and buying Sony. If you're willing to spend a little extra, go for Verbatim.

I don't know any stores in the UK, sorry.

And the .ISO you posted is NTSC and PAL. NTSC = North America, PAL = Europe.

Make sure you made the iso right
And also restart your xbox
Sometimes it wont like the fact its open
So turn it off for 30 seconds and try again
