The thing about this is, the person who didn't buy the dlc will have the license meaning the guy who bought it can only use it on the account he bought it on.

It does work i downloaded it onto my bros and was able to play it on a private match and Online properly

I'm saying it won't work for all of his accounts, just one of them, the one he purchased the maps with.
