No Bevel and Emboss.
Add more Colors
Use Brushes
Make it blend
etc.

Google and find some brushes, Download them.

In Photoshop, go Edit > Preset Manager ... or its File > Preset Manager to add them

Select the brush tool

Make a new layer

BOOM!

but they are like 2500px? lol and how do u add effects to them? same way u do to like text?
