It is because when he says "I have seen nothing other than 'this is my opinion'", he is posting his own opinions on practically every theory topic. I have never seen someone's quote so completely derailed. He (tank) simply stated that all the theory posts to date regarding steps after the DM have been nothing but opinions with the falsified claims of "proof" that never appeared.
