Ok i just recently soldered the jtag points to an xenon motherboard and i decided to get the nand x so i removed the jtag connections and i noticed that i have some minor burns not really big but their just minor burns to the top of the mother board and i just want to know can i still make a jtag out of it because i dont want to waste my money on the nand x.

All depends, if you burned something near any chips you could have damaged the solder to them..
And you could have just damaged the board in general.
Tip when soldering.
1. Apply solder to solderer tip
2. Place wire where you wish to solder
3. Hold wire in place and press tip to wire
Only hold it there for a second or two then release.
No need to continue toying with it, you need to be gentle with xenons as they are very easily exposed to RROD, and i don't think a 3rd degree burn will help that cause..
And you could have just damaged the board in general.

Well its not near any chips it just a small burn around the jtag points does that make a difference?
