Many modded lobbies offer this, but we are trying to figure out how to get it legit.

I reckon it might be get something like 1000 Ninja Defuses.

I think Ninja Defuse is a new challenge or something, because I played SnD on one of the new maps recently and Ninja Defused and I had a challenge or something called Sneaky..Sneaky Ninja Defused!

i have everytihng and its still not unlocked but i've only played 8 days, i would of thought its 10 days playing time or maybe 10 mil score. (not think its with everything and 10 days playing time ive got friends with that and they've not unlocked it)
