Whilst your only trying to be helpful and try and enforce some order and sanity back to this site with your post, it isn't going to work. Let the moderators police the idiots who spam useless rubbish, in the meantime just post criticism on each repeat topic helpfully pointing them towards the original topic if there is one.

In other words, don't post general announcements like this.
