Please can anyone help? I want to play mw2 using the new patch blocker that has come out. However i am still running 3.55 using a f*ckpsn bypass so as to keep all my cfw. The new patch blocker requires me to put in a proxy port which will then bypass my bypass (if you see what i mean!!!) so i am being asked for an update!! I need to stay on 3.55 so is it curtains for mw2 or is there another way (or patch) that will bypass this as the new patch will not even let me host a private lobby!

I cannot find a new patch yet at same time cannot get onto mw2 because i will not update to 3.56!!! I need someone to advise how i can use this patch blocker whilst using fckpsn?

That's a good question! I'm having the same problem. The patch blocker isn't gonna work for those that are doing the 3.56 bypass to go online, seeing how the patch blocker just cancels the 3.56 bypass out. Gotta be another way to do this while staying on 3.55cfw.

. I downloaded all the fckpsn stuff but haven't had time to use it yet, but I think mozzys (or someone like that) his patchblocker doesn't require you to use a proxy or anything like that to my knowledge but I haven't had to use it yet, I opened the program and all it asks for is an ip address

You can't use the patch blocker with 3.56 bypass. When your trying to bypass the patch it cancels out the psn bypass. When you open up the patch blocker it gives you your pc ip adress and when you try to block that with the patch blocker it will not allow Fu@kpsn to run. Still doing some research on this and trying to find a way to get through all this without not being able to run Fu@kpsn.

thanks for even looking! I am trying so many sites/ways to try to get around this. Someone told me to take out the mp self file and it should work but it dont! So unfortunately now I have updated (although i know all i have to do is to delete my game info to go back) and it is almost like my patch was never there! My search for a game now contains the words across the top "Unlocalised patch searching for game" it will connect me but even in a private match i cannot open my patch!

Update mw2 to 1.12 then change your patch.

we cannot just change patch!! Once you update to 1.12 the patch that is updated fron IW cancels all patches that were made for 1.11! I have tried so many times to do this even non host patches which seem to work. Also tried the deleting mpself data and still wont let me get onto split screen.
