hey guys need some help my xenon jtag got 3 red rings it got to hot. The secondary code is 0020 what can i do to fix it. Please need some advice.

try the penny trick im at school so i cant giv you link look upon youtube it worked for my friend and he had it like this for about 5 months now

Please, never do the "penny trick" it'll eventually kill your board and make it non repairable.
You need to get the GPU reballed, i recommend icy-tank/koonmodz in the marketplace.
You could try reflowing it, but that is only temporary.
The solder underneath the GPU chip got so hot that it malfunctioned and now doesn't give the proper connection from chip to board.
Reball best fix.
