You can anything offline, with just a lower title update.
The Patch_mp.ff was decrypted so you can edit that with C++ coding if you know how, But you will need a Default_mp.xex with the RSA Checks Removed + Cheat Protection remove.
Google it, You'll either find a how to or a download.
Um, You can do CFG mods, Google that to, Its using a .xex to execute a .cfg file in the dir of your black ops. However this limits you to simple dvars & binds.

Online..
There is not much you can do online.
You can system link yourself only to infect yourself with dvars that haven't been patched.
Alot have.
There has been some XP infections, However i'm sure there all fixed now.
