If your scared you are going to brick it disable the R6T3 Resistor. Here is a link for a tutorial on how to do it R6T3 Resistor

That just looks like a retail xenon 12625 nand dump to me, this is a proper 12625 image;

Ya that's what I was about to say make sure to remove the r6t3. If you brick your console with that removed you get RRoD and all you have to do is solder up an lpt or a usb nand flasher plug it in your computer and reflash. So only try this if you know how to solder an lpt or usb nand flasher and reflash from computer. On my first flash this happened to me, but I fixed it the next day.
