i was playing xbox and it just froze on me and it scrathed my brand new disk now my disk wont read and neither will my other new games. When i try to sign in at the dashboard it says do you want to apply update now and when i say yes it dosnt update it says cant download but im pretty sure there isnt any updates to download anyway. Does anyone know whats wrong and how do i fix it? (iv tried resetting it and plugging out all the wires but it didnt work) Also does my warentty cover this and how will i get it repaired? Thanks
