Microsoft will only consoe ban you for tampering, fraud, or if they hate you.
If you did any of those then you are subject to a console ban. The worst part is that Micro$oft does not discuss console bans so you never get a real answer on why you were banned...

I have been banned, then that ban got revoked, then I got banned again, then that ban was revoked, and then I got gamerscore reset and suspended...And you were only negative, psshh Microsoft just hates you.
