Ok first things first You are going to need the flame thrower cooled...it's not 100% needed but it helps a lot.

Ok what you are going to do is start off with these few steps.

1. Knife til round 2-4 or until overwhelmed.
2. Open Tommy Gun side and buy tommy gun.
3. Go to back where power is. Turning it on is optional..not really needed but go ahead.
4.Sit and wait til you have enough money to Link all teleporters/buy a randy weapon(A few)
5.It should be around level 13-15. Try your best to get the flamethrower(Use a crawler for maximum time)
6. Once you have done this heres where you do the glitch.

Go on over to the trench gun side and you should see a window and some barrels/dumpster things (Outside right before entering the first door to get to to the trench.)
Go on over to that into the corner. Jump up and down/with sprint until you do 1 of the following.

1. Are not able to jump anymore
2. Start to float in there air
3. Have sunken outside of the map

Once this has happened you then need to move as far over as possible and crouch down then hit A.

This will trigger a elevator up about 5 feet.

And there you go you are hovering over every zombie/dog

Dogs simply run up to you and stop. Fire ones blow up at spawns instantly.
