If the storage problem is on the dashboard andis stored on the motherboard then it has to be saved on a chip. The chip itself is running an operation which is what's blocked through Microsoft via a code that blocks access to online. The chip has to either be removed and whipped and reprogrammed to run as a new chip, or the software that controls the chips operation has to be reprgramed or restored to a ne address in order to access online. If the block is controlled on the dashboard and it is ran through the motherboard then it has to be a memory chip on the motherboard. The xbox is only a computer and the problem of not being able to use online is in the programmiing. The chip has to bE wiped clean of any programming before it can work. Down to just a piece of plastic and metal then fully programmer to run it's operation that it ran as a brand new xbox. Tell me what you think!

First Off it's a theory and it's not **** mumbo jumbo you dumb ignorant ****. Who even says that? It's common sense that it's in the progRamming. Microsoft doesn't physically break something in the syststem, it's just a block in the software that has to be fixed. And it's only too hard for someone who doesn't know how to do it or doesn't think it's worth it.

It's not as easy as you are thinking. It is not as easy as the first Xbox where it was a NORFlash. Now if you want to do something like that, I would personally say, read up on the hypervisor in the Xbox 360 ;)
