ive been testing my runescape private server and apparently it wont connect for other ppl

ive made the server ip on no-ip and downloaded the DUC 3.0 its all running
ive fortforwarded 43594
ive changed the server ip to mine- glorydazepk.no-ip.biz in the server.java file
ive allowed port 43594 acception in firewall

i have no idea whts rong
ive checked my port it is open

im baffled lol

need help from some one tht noes wht their doing lol

will rep and make helper admin and give everything plz help would appresiate it so much

You told me to go on something called runeserver or something is that in the folder?
