You realize it would be MUCH worse than this, the radiation would flow with wind currents and spread all over the world. The effects in Europe wouldn't be as bad as those in Japan and the U.S. yet none the less there would be higher levels of radiation in Europe and Africa as well.

0-50 rads - No obvious short-term effects
