I guess you're forgetting something

There isnt a nuclear meltdown

There was a small explosion , And some radiation has been given off but the radiation given off is only a little higher than the legal limit in Japan, meaning there is no immediate threat to humans

They only evacuated the 12Mile radius for precaution
