if you leave your xbox 360 on all night is there a chance to get the red rings?

well is your xbox old like did you get it right when it came out because they had problems with them when they came out right away and if not thats just bad luck or your xbox is a piece but it shouldnt get red ring i once left my xbox on for like 4 days i went to disneyland and back and it didnt have red ring but i wish i was in the round skipping glitch lol...

I may be wrong but my friend told me the rings is more of a designer malfunction. Of course leaving anything on is a bad thing (especially for your power bill) buy I prefer to play safe.
