1) Partition 3 - Content - Your Profile - 41560817 - There should be savegame.svg and mpdata, extract mpdata!

2) Open your mpdata in a hex editer and note down the digits after the mpdata_.

3) Open the downloaded save in a hex editor and overight the characters after mpdata with your characters.

4) Change the same of the downloaded file to the name of the file you extracted.

5) HCB and put back into your HDD.

Gamertag mod:

Open xport 360, partition 3, Content
Find your profile (usually the one with the most files)
Keep double clicking the files to the right until you come to the last one
Drag in onto your desktop(you will most likely need this again so leave it there)
Open EzGt, Click the blue man in top left corner, then click open
Find your profile from desktop and open it
Edit your gamertag to whatever you want
Click blue man then click save and save it to desktop
Then open Modio and double click the file you saved
Keep double clicking until you come to the last one
Drag it into Modio
Click rehash and resign
Open xport 360, partition 3, content, and drag the file into content

To activate it:
when you get to the dashboard sign out of your profile
click play mw2
it will say your not signed in and asks you to sign in
sign into the modded profile
click play xbox live
then it will ask you to choose another one
so choose your real gamertag
and your done, have fun with yur new gamertag!
