I just tried flashing 12625 and it all checks out. However flash 360 is warning me that there is an encrypted KV mismatch. Is this right and I should continue to flash or did I mess up? Help out lol? I'll rep.

You should flash it becouse if it went wrong you will get christmas tree lights what is easy to fix.

I wouldn't flash unless you know what you are doing( removed current files from 'mydata' folder and replaced with the correct ones from your nand ).
