step 1 stay upright and leen against a roof or a surface under wich you can crouch and canot stand or one that you can go prone under and canot go crouched.
step 2 go crouched or prone and move your camera view to a 45 degree angle
step 3 move forward a tiny bit utill you cant stand or crouch
step 4 move your camera view so that the top of your screen is a bit tilted on a certain diraction but not to much
step5 change your stick layout to legacy southpaw
step 6 move to the left or right (depending on camera view angle)utill you can back crouch or stand
step7 work with your position and try to find the spot between the spot you can stand or crouch and the spot you can go prone or crouched
