It is illegal. If you modify a game it is illegal. I know that for a fact and I am pretty sure it should be considered illegal. I am pretty sure it says right there on the disc and there is some other things too.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you do not own the game, you own a license to use it according to the rules on the game/software, nobody is selling the rights to modify game/software code.

I actually agree with mrmacgee but im not too sure if its illegal it would make sense. Its tampering with the game glitching fair play that just makes the game more of an experience but modding thats just plain wrong. Glitching is like pot its not really allowed but we still do it. Then modding is just heroine you caught with that you are F*CKED its not really the best thing to take.
