Well I am sure you all know who Stepto is - Works for Xbox and has done for many years.

Every year at PAX he tends to teach us new things related to Behind the Scenes of Rule Breaking at Xbox and this year, he showed us something very special...

Vulcan - The tool used by Xbox Agents to look at filed complaints and what action they should take.



For many years I thought it would be much more complex than that but I have to say - I was shocked when I saw it was that easy.

Of course there is A LOT more we don't know about Vulcan and other Behind the Scenes stuff as mentioned in the video but this gives the basics and also gives a warning to those who Mod there Avatars AND have offence content in there bio - Including offensive bio art.
