My Xbox 360 Disk Tray is messed up.


I went to hotswaped it and now its saying Can't read the disk and the disk is crystal clean.

That shouldnt of messed up your disk tray unless you dropped it.. maybe you burnt the disk wrong if you are hotswapping for WaW iso

It's easy to burn up a laser....The only thing you can try is to grab a q tip and dab that into some rubbing alcohol...

Clean the laser eye and dry with other end and test...

From there if you can use a multimeter, you can attempt a POT tweak(find tut)..

From there, look into replacing the laser or the whole drive completely with an exact match so you can easily pull pcb out of old and place into new..
