Is it charged? Have you tried using proper grammar and spelling?

Try charging it up.
Also, are you sure your turning it on the right way?
It's to hold down the button on the top right corner. then the little apple logo should appear which means that you turned it on.

just sync the ipod or restore it it aslo might have a broken screen
