it's like a number that is either positive or negative. The more rep the better. Just means you help out more. To give rep you just press the green flag below a post and click agree or disagree and however much rep you want to give. You need rep to rep though, and have 0. You can get rep by posting - 25 posts = 1 rep power.

Yo, I see your new. They are explained somewhere on the site I think, It's just basically a points system where you can give it to friends and they can give to you, you can also get -Repped (rep taken off you) but that will only happen if your a d*ck. The more rep you have the more people will trust you and want to interact with you. You can give rep by clicking on the green flag at the bottom right of a person's comment on a topic or you can -Rep them from there.
