Thanks for the heads up, maybe he will send you your jtag after all, but if you paid through paypal you can always submit a claim... Unless you sent money as a gift, which really you shouldn't do if you are buying a physical item...

man thanks for the offer but im already tenth....i was doing it so i could host for my freinds and make some money! i just wish i had a jtag...once i save up enough money i will buy from a legit person....but this guy gave so much proof

yea he had a lot of proof like he got me into a mod lobby and he told me to give him any random numbers....so i did then like five min later there was pictures of the jtag on there with the numbers i chose

why cant you just cancel the payment?
