Personally i think this is all false. Its just sounds like many theories I have read over the past few weeks regarding such topics as the fly trap achievement, completeing the fly trap game and also how to obtain the type 99 put together. the girl will walk slowly toward you and laugh and send dogs for you she will run away her face is full of blood ect. she is intimidating
