go on you computer download net tools five when downloaded go to the top of it go internt tools Udp floader than put in 27.27.27.27 and data data like 100 times then put icon to 10
leave it on for 30 mins ands enjoy him crying

set all of your internet pages to priorty and that might make him lag and open about 15 tabs

if u have a home hub just put a timer on it and it will turn the internet off
