hey ppl just wondered if anyone can answer this for me,
can u get banned for doin this, eg- downloading hacked xbla games and profiles and or using xbla thief, been banned a few times and i wanna find out before i get battle for L.A

No, you wont get banned , u might have like <1% possibilty , but i dont think so.

i know man just so unsure now, had 2 elite slims console banned now am back on the old elite flashed, and dont wanna get another console ban lol hope some one can help
