Hey guys, First time using photoshop in a while.
It's a userbar, But a bit more unique with the textures and
stuff.

PS Icon needs a little resizing as it gets cut off at the bottom.
This in turn is messing the drop shadow also.
Other than that it aint bad (maybe lower the opacity of the shadow)

Drop shadow seems too dark..
Also, I don't like the scan lines (bit wavy) but that is just a personal thing.
Other than that and what arfur said, good to go.

Yeah the scan lines are a custom element.
They are more broken and rough, Not the average.
